The Saturday workshops will be presented by Naomi Reed with the theme ‘Over My Shoulder’, focusing on a series of interviews that she performed with fellow workers in Nepal during 2005 and 2006. In the midst of a stressful situation, she longed to show the diversity of the cross-cultural experience as well as the way that personality shapes thinking and behaviour within that context.
