Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

Product Availability, Back Orders and Cancellations
All Store orders are subject to the availability of items. Should an item be unavailable we will contact you within three (3) business days to inform you and hold your order until the item is available. If you prefer to cancel your order, please advise us and we will endeavour to refund the amount paid within three (3) business days of receiving your advice. Orders can only be cancelled up to the point of dispatch. Where items are discontinued we will contact you and give you the option of changing your order or receiving a refund.

Returns and Refunds
If you need to return any part of your order or are due for a refund for any reason, please contact us within 5 business days of its receipt. Where items are faulty, incorrect or for any reason do not conform to the original order we will arrange their return or disposal and either an exchange or a refund for the affected products. Any items returned for refund or exchange must be in their original packaging, with tags and labels attached, unused and unopened.

Consumer Protection Laws
The Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and each State Fair Trading Act sets out minimum standards for items sold in Australia. In the event that items sold are not of good quality or are faulty, the customer has the right to a repair, replacement or refund.

Currency & Transaction Processing
All the prices/pricing listed and shown throughout this website are displayed as Australian Dollars (AUD$). All transactions and payments that are made through this site are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD$). All payments made through this website are processed via the DPS Payment Express gateway and are fully secure.
