Remember: PRAYER MATTERS

Steve and Roslyn Baird (Philippines, DPG Day 9)
Praise God for the birth of Alenna to Tim and Candy Baird on 16 February. She had some breathing difficulties and seizures, so please pray that there will be no long-term adverse consequences. Praise God the church at Buyongon is slowly growing. Praise God for the faithful women who are teaching Scripture in the local schools and the Sunday school. Praise God for the growth in the agriculture project, with the sale of piglets bringing some income to the church.

Ian and Leann Buckley (Nepal, DPG Day 9)
Praise God they have found a good house in Dhulikhel that they will move into in early March. Pray for a safe mission trip to western Nepal, from 26th February to 8th March. Pray for effective two days of Bible teaching at Ramghat church. Praise God for donations for the purchase of Sangachowk Church land.

Paul and Debbie Howells (Philippines, DPG Day 10)
Praise God that the fifth mission station they have established is being built, and two Tala Andig families will move into the area when its completed.

Paul and Gerrah Kulikovsky (Philippines, DPG Day 10)
Pray for Paul and Gerrah as they return on 30 March to the Philippines for a year. Their focus will be to assist in three main areas: leadership mentoring of Guiuan Christian Fellowship and two new plants, teacher training and school development (including some building) with Grace Christian School, and working with families in growing strong relationships between newly weds and young families. Pray for Ivan as he starts a 5-year Electrical Engineering and Physics degree.

David and Tina Cannon (Thailand, DPG Day 12)
Pray for David and Tina as they prepare to return to Australia at the end of June for a year’s home assignment. Pray that they will make good decisions re where to stay during that time, and that the transition will be smooth. Pray for the dorm kids too as they adjust to travelling between Thailand and their passport countries.

Jason and Kim Job (Timor-Leste, DPG Day 12)
Pray for wisdom and strength for the Jobs as a family. They are facing many struggles at the moment in the new roles they are undertaking, with very long days for Jason. Each struggle can be worked through, but the constancy of the issues has them worn out and weary. Praise God for a great visit this week from Tim and Anna Southcott and their son William. Praise God for the many people Jason transported to the hospital in Dili this week, many of whom were very young babies. Pray that these children will receive good medical care and grow strong and healthy.

Wendy Strachan (Specialist, DPG Day 22)
Praise God that all visas arrived so that all participants arrived on time. The Leadership Experience has started well, with participants keen to learn and share. Pray that all the participants and facilitators will have an encouraging, safe and rewarding time over the next few weeks.
