Mark and Alex Ronalds (India, DPG Day 8)
Thanks for praying for Aimee, who is stable after having a pacemaker inserted. Pray that she has a smooth recovery. Pray too for Mark, Alex, Bethany and Jacob during this stressful time.
Ian and Leann Buckley (Nepal, DPG Day 9)
Praise God for time with family and friends, and for the provision of a car and a unit while in Australia. Praise God for their son Joshua getting a job. Pray for guidance regarding a new place to live in Nepal, as they have officially lost the Dolalghat land and their house. Pray for provision for their flights back to Nepal at the end of July and also pray for travel insurance. Pray for good times at the meetings that they have booked while on home assignment.
John and Kathy Harris (Netherlands, DPG Day 14)
Praise God that the Sarajevo mission trip went well, with input into the church plant and children’s ministry. praise God for the completion of the first year of the Thousand Hills College. Give thanks to God that the Lyons have received three-year permits for Austria, and David Field's wife has passed her language exams needed for her permit. Praise God that 160 people have registered for the ITeams Europe Conference in August, and that they have a full kids’ ministry team. Continue to pray for the Harrises’ permit renewals. Pray for the Thousand Hills pastor, Sebastiaan, whose mother passed away unexpectedly.
David and Win Knight (Victoria – Teach & Tell, DPG Day 15)
Pray for the safety of construction workers as they finish the roof on a Romanian youth campsite.
Trevor and Manoli Allan (Spain, DPG Day 15)
Pray for Trevor who has had a cataract operation on one eye (praise God for success), and will need one on his other eye soon. Praise God for the new Ribadeo church premises in San Miguel, and for the purchase of a people mover. Pray for a youth camp in early July, and for a group doing the Camino walk to Santiago to reach out to pilgrims (10-15 July). Pray that Trevor and Manoli will have a good time when their children visits them during July/August.
John and Remy Tan (Specialists, DPG Day 22)
The family is planning to visit Sydney from 1-17 July for some time of reconnecting and having holidays. Pray for them as they finalise when to connect with family, home church, friends, supporters and have some rest. Pray for John and his team as they continue to tweak Wycliffe's new website. Pray for God's wisdom, patience and perseverance for his team. Pray for wisdom and guidance as Remy considers studying an online translation course offered by SIL and MST. Remy was asked to help translate KYB English lesson into Tagalog, but she feels the need to learn principles and practices in translation before she can confidently do it. Janelle and a close church friend have started attending the Friday Youth Event at church. Pray that she will settle in and be comfortable with attending regularly.
Daniel and Emily (Restricted Access, DPG Day 23)
Praise God that Daniel is recovering from a protracted illness. Pray that he will return to full health soon.
Jono and Marie (Restricted Access, DPG Day 25)
Pray for Jono to make good progress in language acquisition. Pray for Marie as she balances family duties, household responsibilities, the encouragement of two local believers and other projects she would also like to do. Pray for opportunities and boldness for Jono and Marie to talk about Jesus to others daily.
Ian Stacy (Retired worker – PNG/Australia, DPG Day 27)
Pray for Ian as he completes a course of radiotherapy. Pray that he will be free of side effects.
